Yesterday I wrote about “Good to Great” in general. Today I am going to focus on an idea called level 5 leadership. It is on chapter 2 of the book. You will probably never hear of a leader who is at level 5. By definition, they are humble and do not need to be in the spotlight. The point is that level 5 leaders don’t need the flashy things in life and yet they can build a organization that is truly great.

I’ve read many books, but this one stands out. This book was introduced by the vice-rector III of Binus University, Mr. Andreas Chang when I attended LKMM – 42 (Latihan Keterampilan dan Manajemen Mahasiswa) and Buddy Coordinator Leaders Briefing. The following is a book summary of Good to Great by Jim Collins. This summary I got from wikisummaries.org. It is a great book and I think you should read it too.
