Page 366 of 366. It’s the 31st of December of the year 2012, ten days after the world was supposed to end. Congratulations, there weren’t any zombie apocalypse or aliens invading earth and 21st December ended up just like every other day. lol. I seriously can’t believe that 2012 is over…in less than several hours.

So, the year is almost over and I think it is time to cap up everything from 2012. 2012 has been a great year for me. Made great memories, met amazing people,realized whos really there for me and learned a lot about myself.

Life has been a roller coaster this year, with numerous ups and downs and eventual balances, but this only makes me to do my best and to live my life to the fullest. But in the end, there were a lot of great experiences that will never be forgetten! I’m so thankful to God for all the blessings and grace He bestowed upon me.

Since everyone’s been going through the highlights of 2012 and reminiscing about the past year on twitter with hashtag #BestMemories2012 #MyWishIn2013 #BitFavorit2012, I’ve decided that I’m going to post about this here.

I’m blessed.

I really am.

And I’m gonna take note to count my blessings.

This year has been (and I can say this without a doubt) a great year of my life. I accomplished so much and became a part of so many things that I value with all my heart. For me personally, it was a very important year of personal and professional growth! I really enjoy my part time job as teaching assistant at Information System Laboratory. To teach is to learn twice because learning has greater value when you share what you learn.

I also spend most of my time in the college as core board of HIMSISFO (Information System Student Association). Organizing a organization on campus was both challenging and exciting. I learned about leadership, decision making, interpersonal communication, professionalism, and dedication.  I also learned about teamwork is that when we all got together, we contributed to the task in our own unique way. Each of us have a strenght that the others in the group do not have. I met so many inspiring people in this organization. I am sure that 2012 will find quite a big spot in my memory.

From July till September, I had a great internship experience at Djarum, one of a leading tobacco company in Indonesia. My internship experience was very helpful for my study. I learn a lot, everything about Human Resource Department, SAP, and also the legacy systems. Everyone was very friendly and it’s difficult to say goodbye. I will indeed remember all fantastic people I met.

So, that was 2012. It is time now to look forward for the new challenges of 2013. What is coming up ? As for resolutions? I am not really one to make one or two every year.  But I definitely have some things I want to work on.
